Thanks to city of Dallas open records

I just want to give props to the city of Dallas for being absolutely one of the most TRANSPARENT cities in Texas.Being that I have open records requests throughout the state, Dallas is one of the only ones who makes the most effort to comply with the Texas Public Information Act.Big shout out to Jeri Carter and all those who make my job easy.
