This here would be the reason why! 99 cent only stores are great for low-income people, if there isn't one near you, it's about time to ask your politician, "So what lobby is preventing this from coming to my community?"Southern Dallas needs to look into getting at least two of these, due to the fact that we have some of the poorest communities in the city of Dallas.
Austin needs about two or three of these also, but of course HEB lobbies against any competition in Austin.Take for instance east Austin, it only has one grocery store that serves the whole east side.PURE GREED!
