- Earlier today, there was a code 46-crisis intervention call (incident # 10-2020544) on Oct 17 2010 3:22PM
- Wonders which one of the homeless persons that hang down in that area spirit came to haunt our leaders today?
- There must be something we can do, besides the bureaucracy we have at the Bridge(Dallas' newest push against homelessness).
- Code 46 calls require that officers have 40 hours of training in dealing with mental health calls, there is a cover officer who assists trained officer.
- Large building next door to Dallas City Hall is vacant and in dire need of life, while homeless are harassed and herded away from downtown.
- Woe to those who practice fraud and deception, while the weaker peoples suffer.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Approximately 8 p.m., Dallas police receive 911 call for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, at 700 Young near the Belo tower(incident # 10-2022438)
- 911 emergency call went out to the day resource center (homeless shelter) at 1500 Cadiz around 10:57 p.m. for major violence disturbance(call # 10-2023449)
Clearly in Dallas our homeless problem is a direct link to our lack of mental healthcare in our city.If anything happens between now and sunrise in the vicinity of Dallas City Hall, I will post it here, The Daily Phalanx.
