Can someone please explain how a major metropolitan newspaper can make claims of helping to rid a city(Dallas) of the Klan, but can't seem to run them from your comments section on your website, what hypocrisy put forth by the DMN and its parent company A.H. Belo.
Lets get real about the situation, the Klan never left Dallas and we have never had any civil rights in this city when just in the 80's blacks homes and churches were firebombed because they wouldn't sale to developers.
The land which is being discussed is the famous Freedman land known as State/Thomas, which now per capita has one of the highest land values in the city.
Back to Belo, where were you when Blacks were being intimidated then, and where are you know with the Blacks being terrorized by the gangs and drug dealers?Nowhere to be found, half-reporting stories claiming that homicides aren't drug related when the majority of homicides in any city are drug related.
If you could kindly run the Klan from your board of directors, your editorial board, writers and your comments section it would kind of substantiate your BROAD claim of running the Klan from Dallas.
