Mayor Caraway's attorney files petition seeking Declaratory Judgement against Attorney General Greg Abbott and the State of Texas, in regards to an incident January 2 at his Cedar Crest home.
His attorney's state that Abbott was wrong in his opinion to order the city of Dallas to release information regarding the incident.
