Dallas census numbers show little to no population growth, unfriendly to Blacks?

Dallas is not growing as fast as other cities in Texas. Could it be due to lack of development, high crime, poor education, and a lack of jobs in the southern sector? Seems no one wants to address it from that angle being it now becomes an issue of let's forget about the Blacks; which has been going on since the inception of this municipal corporation called Dallas.

The great run has started, Blacks don't feel welcomed in the inner cities so they're moving to the burbs. Look at Austin, East Austin's Black population is damn near extinct. There is now only 60,000 blacks in Austin out of nearly 800,000 residents. Back to Dallas. What is the reasoning? Maybe the flight stems from the drug dealers controlling the neighborhoods? Or terrible roads in the southern sector? Abandoned properties? Gangs running the schools?

Something is causing the Blacks to flee Dallas; maybe councilmembers will start to address some of southern Dallas' problems, along with the business community and spiritual leaders in order to make Dallas more attractable to Blacks and Whites, who are now fleeing this city DAILY!The Daily Phalanx
