Texas Public Information Act is formerly known as Texas Open Records Act( Section 552 of the Texas Government Code)

Per Texas Public Information Act :

1) all records, including notes taken by officers and police officials, related to the police response and investigation of an incident at the residence of Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway on or about January 2, 2011

including

a) incident report, call log, dispatch log that shows the officers that responded, etc

b) audio recording of incident

c) any photos of any bruises or marks that were taken of Barbara, if any

d) copies of emails, texts, or other electronic transmission between any city officials regarding incident

e) "audio" from the officers' microphones AND dashboard

and video recordings
