Residents Invited to Review Draft Bike Plan, Continue Conversation
At a public meeting Jan. 20, residents can review a draft of the 2011 Dallas Bike Plan.
There will be a presentation at 5:30 p.m., and participants will have an opportunity to learn about the overall goals of the draft 2011 Dallas Bike Plan, hear a presentation by Andy Clark, president, Leage of American Bicyclists, listen to Dallas police officers discuss public safety for bicyclists and drivers, review and provide feedback on the draft 2011 Dallas Bike Plan and updated Dallas Bikeway System network maps, and talk to planners about how the Bike Plan will serve as a leading component of the Dallas Complete Streets Initiative and as a regional bicycle planning template.
