   On Wednesday May 26,2010 the city of Dallas may have violated the Texas Open Meetings Act by not allowing citizens to speak during a public hearing.No motion was announced to open the public hearing only a motion to vote was established.Mayor Leppert is losing his touch downtown maybe?
