 George W. Bush is back to his old (Travel the globe telling joke's)life again.Just yesterday live from Haiti,Bush was seen in a video wiping his hand on Bill Clinton's shirt after shaking hands with a Haitian.(Posted yesterday on this blog).

And today here he is spotted at Southern Methodist University in Dallas,giving a lecture promoting his new presidential library and discussing energy independence.The W promoting energy independence, is this a joke or what?Gas was $5 a gallon when this guy left office.
