Exclusive:Why is the Municipal Justice Bar Association of Dallas getting a free ride
On the second floor of the Dallas municipal court building there is a certain door that remains locked at all time.Employees of the city nor citizens are allowed in.Not even tax-paying citizen's?Nope. This association was founded by a Randall Scott, who receives the majority of the municipal case load down at the courthouse. What a coincidence? You must be a dues-paying member to enter into this (attorney workroom). Is this ethical?Better yet due to the 130 million dollar budget shortfall, shouldn't the City Manager look at making them sign a lease, charges for LINC services, paper,CPU's etc.We need some accountability for this.
Update | Dallas Salvation Army worker's caught in the act of stealing
Update: Truck 57 is caught in the act of stealing donations on 7/24/10, near Ledbetter and Haas near I-45.This was reported to the dock manager Mark can't remember the last, who said he would handle it and that he was sorry I witnessed this, then turned around and told all the Bidders on the dock someone was snitching. Is there more widespread fraud going on at the Dallas Salvation Army, you bet there is!
7/25/10...Thought those donation's to the Salvation Army were going to a good cause? We have exclusive photo's of workers stealing donations off of Salvation Army trucks and loading goods into their private vehicles.Corruption is running rampant and if we GOOD people continue to let the bad people off the hook,we will continue to suffer. We have possibly unfolded a large scandal at this facility.Check back for updates.
